Your happiness with our bags is so important for us, but as Sweet Cheeks® bags are a food related product, once it has been delivered and opened we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns.
We will only accept issue refunds if the product is faulty or incorrect.
If the packaging is faulty, the bag(s) MUST NOT be opened and must remain sealed.
If your order is incorrect, then please contact us right away.
If you are not happy with any element of how the product arrives to you, please contact us at orders@sweetcheeks.store giving details of your order number, your issue with the product and any supporting proof of issue (e.g. photo evidence)
If your package is damaged or lost during transit with any of our couriers, then please get in touch with us ASAP and we can submit a support ticket to discuss this with them. We cannot guarantee any outcome from any of the couriers we use.
If a refund is agreed, this will be returned to your method of payment within 3-5 working days.
